| Web Site News: June 21, 2008 Our 44th Annual Show and Plant Sale took place on May 25 in Palmetto, FL. The June Issue of the chapter newsletter is now posted.
Who We Are Chapter goals are community service and public recognition of the beauty of the Hibiscus, and our members are principally from Manatee and Sarasota Counties, Florida.
Chapter meetings are held usually at the Synovus Bank on the corner of 26th St. W. and Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, usually on the second Sunday of each month at 1 pm. Visitors are always welcome. Recent Chapter Activities On June 8 we had our annual New Officer Installation Luncheon at Peridia Country Club. Our annual show is now complete! There were 553 blooms and 55 seedlings entered.
And Coming Up ... Our next chapter meeting on July 13 will attempt to provide answers to your questions regarding “What’s With Your Hibiscus?”
